Payment & Refunds

All purchases including membership fees and voting ballots are non-refundable unless required by law. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information.

Content Rights

By submitting content (photos, text, etc.) to DTLA Weekly:

• You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote your content
• You confirm you own all rights to the submitted content
• Your content may appear on our website, social media, and publications
• You retain ownership of your content

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Manipulate voting or contest results
• Harass or harm other participants
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use automated systems to access our services

Limitation of Liability

DTLA Weekly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.
